All doors to be manufactured from 2mm thick mild steel Jansen sections. All door joints to be welded and ground to a smooth finish. Jansen sections to be shot blasted, hot zinc sprayed and polyester powder coated textured finish, to any BS or RAL No (All Metallic and certain silver paints at extra cost).
Can provide FD60 door sets on request (60 minute fire integrity)
Can provide Secured By Design door sets on request
Complies with Part M regulations for wheelchair access
Custom designs on request

Magnalock housing to be manufactured from 60x40x2mm (for M32 magnets) or 100x50x2mm (for M82 magnets) stainless steel hollow section fixed with security screws
2-No Magna Locks (Securitron M32 and M32C)
